Terms: No Refunds / Payment Forfeiture
All sales are final. No refunds will be given for any reason, including vendor cancellations, weather, or other circumstances.
Failure to pay on time will result in loss of booth reservation.
If payment is not received and your booth is reassigned to another vendor prior to market opening that day, you forfeit your right to reclaim the booth and your payment will still be owed.
Consistent attendance and timely payment are required to maintain good standing with the market.
